Strategy and Planning for CRM in the Roaring ’20s

September 23, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Law firms are demanding more from their CRM technology than ever before. While managing contacts, mailings, and events are still important, Marketing and Business Development teams are now focused on higher level goals like more efficiently and effectively serving clients and leveraging data to find new opportunities for expanded engagement across practices, industries and regions. Meanwhile, the CRM landscape in 2020 looks very different than five or even one year ago. As new vendors and solutions emerge, there’s never been a better time to step back and assess how your CRM strategy will help you meet your goals in the short and long term.

A successful CRM strategy requires a focus on people and processes, as well as a right-sized marketing technology stack to better serve existing clients and win new ones. To effectively develop, retain and expand business, attorneys will need to be able to rely on a compilation of data including what work has been done for them, who has done that work and where the best opportunities may be for future work. Most importantly, they need a well-defined plan to act on those insights.

Panelists will discuss how firms are selecting the right technology and using it to achieve their marketing and business development goals. They will also discuss what their CRM strategy looks like as they move into the new decade.

Join CRM Success consultant Chris Fritsch, JDBarry SolomonJacqueline Madarang, and Stephanie Bishop as they share their ideas with us at next week’s LMA Tech Midwest conference.
