Laura Hester

Laura Hester is a CRM Success Consultant at CLIENTSFirst. Laura’s focus is providing CRM consulting services and business development support to leading law and professional services firms.

With more than 22 years of CRM implementation, training, consulting and sales support experience, Laura provides expert CRM assistance to her Clients by applying her deep knowledge of marketing, sales, technology and her in-house experience. Her expertise in sales tracking, Client team management, CRM configuration, project management, creation of CRM processes and training delivers unique value to her Clients.

Laura began her career in sales support and information management in The Arts, working with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and with Broadway in Atlanta, managing the Atlanta box office for national Broadway tours.

In her role as an account developer for the healthcare consulting team at Arthur Andersen, a leading international accounting and consulting firm, Laura coordinated initiatives relating to the revenue management process by working with executive and senior management to increase sales and strengthen presence in the healthcare industry. She created and moved into the role of SE Region Global Sales System Knowledge Manager, developing and executing a training process for sales tracking and made key recommendations for the design of their new internal sales tracking system.

Laura’s legal marketing experience began at the regional law firm Powell Goldstein in their marketing department, parlaying the experience she gained there in legal marketing, InterAction, and communications into the creation of Pennington Consulting Group. As President she assisted law firms in succeeding with their CRM rollouts and trained attorneys, their assistants and marketing departments.

Laura was recruited by LexisNexis to join their InterAction consulting team and was placed on projects for some of their largest professional service and legal clients, standardizing data streams, training power users, and establishing business processes for contact management, opportunity tracking, and matter/engagement tracking.

Laura left LexisNexis to join Chris Fritsch and assist her in developing and growing CLIENTSFirst into the firm it is today. When Laura is not traveling to serve Clients, she works from her home in northeast Florida.
