With more than 20 years of legal industry marketing and CRM implementation, management and consulting experience, Raquel offers Clients extensive knowledge of marketing and technology in the law firm environment. Her in-house experience with InterAction and ContactEase configurations, CRM processes and training offers unique value for her clients.
Raquel has served as a key member of project management teams for the configuration, implementation, rollout and ongoing data quality and management of various CRM systems including InterAction, ContactEase, Contact Manager and One Place.

Earlier in her legal industry career, Raquel worked for two regional law firms and assumed the role of InterAction CRM Administrator where she first discovered her passion for marketing / business development technologies and CRM.
Raquel is based in Houston, Texas when she is not traveling across North America to serve clients.
