Becca brings over 30 years of business experience in the technology industry, leading high- performance global teams for SAP and other major software companies. For fourteen years, she led an Atlanta-based technology consulting firm specializing in multi-site implementations of enterprise software at Fortune 500 companies. A born multi-tasker, she attended and successfully graduated from law school while continuing her career as a road warrior consultant.
She is bullish about developing talent and elevating teams to consistently outperform, with a true love of coaching and mentoring to create future rock stars. A lifetime presenter and trainer, she enjoys bringing humor and fun to delivering seemingly dry subject matter – even when confined to a Zoom box.
Becca earned a B.A. from Ohio University and J.D. from the Woodrow Wilson College of Law. A community activist, she has served on the boards of non-profits, where she fine-tuned a particular talent for fund raising. She resides in Atlanta with her lawyer spouse, two dogs, and two cats.
