Positioning and Planning a Successful Experience Management Project

Finding ways to capture firm and attorney experience has been increasing in interest, importance – and impact – for firms of all sizes. This is due to a number of trends including firm growth, talent retention, technology adoption and client demands.
The core concepts of experience management can include a range of diverse objectives from firmwide collaboration to integration strategies to marketing and business development to operational efficiencies. Additionally, experience management can be a complex and complicated project as there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach regarding implementation, technology and sustainability. However, there are some universal, critical questions that need to be asked and answered during the planning phase of the project, which is key to success.
