For years, law firm client development has been evolving along a continuum, from marketing to business development (BD) to sales. While some firms have focused their footing primarily on one or two of these areas, the most successful firms will have teams dedicated to each area working independently and in concert to be exponentially more effective.

During this LSSO webinar moderated by Silvia Coulter, CLIENTSFirst Consulting’s Chris Fritsch will explore the marketing-BD-sales continuum and walk participants down each path to identify the most effective steps and activities involved.
